✅ Return Window
- You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- After 5 days, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
✅ Eligibility for Return
A return is accepted only if:
- The item is damaged during delivery, OR
- You received the wrong product.
You must provide clear photos or video proof within the 5-day window.
⚠️ Digital Products & Commissions
- Digital downloads and custom artwork/commissions are non-refundable and non-returnable.
💰 Refund Type
- Only partial refunds are provided.
- Shipping charges, packaging costs, transaction fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
- The refund amount will be calculated after deducting these costs.
🔄 Replacement Option
If possible, we may offer a replacement instead of refund, depending on product availability.
❌ When Refund is NOT Possible
We cannot issue refunds if:
- The artwork was damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
- The product has been used, altered, or tampered with.
- The return request is made after 5 days.
🕒 Processing Time
Once approved, partial refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
