Bottle Art Jamming Workshop with Phenomenally Pink – Quarry Bay, Hong Kong
There’s a special kind of joy in being able to continue your passions beyond work, and that’s exactly what this delightful afternoon was all about!
I had the wonderful opportunity to co-conduct a voluntary Bottle Art Jamming Workshop alongside Frances, for the amazing and inspiring team of the NGO Phenomenally Pink , an organization devoted to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering community for individuals impacted by breast cancer.
The session was designed around the heartfelt theme:
“Art is about self-expression, letting go, and relaxation — there’s no right or wrong, and everyone can paint!”
Adding a holistic touch to the experience, Frances introduced LIVO Energy Flower Essence, known for relieving body pains and promoting deep relaxation. She also led gentle stretching exercises and a soothing sound bath, creating an atmosphere of complete mind-body wellness.
Our F&B partner, CATCH (Quarry Bay), extended incredible support by providing both the venue and empty wine bottles — which we joyfully reused in a sustainable way, turning waste into wonder.
This event was not just about art — it was about connection, care, creativity, and community. Watching everyone immerse themselves in colors, laughter, and mindfulness reminded me once again how art can heal, unite, and inspire.
It was a truly fulfilling and heartwarming experience, and I look forward to many more such weekend afternoons filled with creativity, compassion, and collaboration.
