- Standard processing time: 2–7 working days (depending on product type, printing, or framing).
- Custom or commissioned artworks may take longer, and the timeline will be communicated in advance.

- We ship via trusted courier partners (e.g., Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
- Domestic shipping: Available.
- International shipping: Available (extra charges may apply).

📦 4. Delivery Time

🛃 5. Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)
- Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are not included in the product price.
- These charges must be paid by the buyer (if applicable).

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your package in real-time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier issues

- Incorrect or incomplete address

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
🚫 8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts:
- The customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
- No refund will be provided in such cases.
📦 9. Damaged Package on Arrival
If the package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos or videos immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Do not discard the packaging.

🧾 10. Proof of Delivery
Once the courier marks the order as “Delivered,” it is considered successfully completed.
We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.
